~ Percentage of Black Americans who voted Obama in 2008-- 96%
According to Bureau of Labor Statistics:
~ Percentage of black males over 20 currently employed-- 56.9%
** Lowest since records began being kept in 1972
Percentage of white males over 20 currently employed-- 68.1%
~ Percentage of blacks across the board with a job-- 51.5%
** Lowest since 1984; includes 16-19yr olds
According to Gallop polling:
~ Percentage of Black Americans who Still support Obama in 2011-- 94%
